Mepilex® Border Heel Foam Dressing

Mepilex® Border Heel is a five-layer foam dressing with Deep Defense Technology®, designed specifically for the heel to help prevent pressure ulcers when used with standard prevention protocols.

The dressing absorbs and retains exudate effectively while maintaining moisture balance to reduce maceration risk, supporting an optimal healing environment for moderate to highly exuding heel wounds. Its updated design features handling tabs and thicker borders for easier application and patient checks, while the heel-specific shape ensures secure coverage of the heel and malleoli.

Safetac® Technology allows gentle removal with minimal pain, protecting the skin and reducing trauma during dressing changes.
