BACTIGRAS Medicated Tulle Gras Dressing (Code: 7457) is a leno weave gauze impregnated with white soft paraffin BP containing 0.5% chlorhexidine acetate BP. It is antiseptically active and helps reduce bacterial colonisation both in vitro and in vivo. The open weave structure allows viscous exudate to pass through into an absorbent secondary dressing, making it effective for a wide range of wounds.
